Guarantee and Limit of Liability for Heat Transfers

We guarantee the workmanship and quality of our heat transfers, and will refund the cost of transfers returned to us for quality-related reasons.  

All heat transfers are tested in our shop prior to shipping.  Customers should always test heat transfers on scrap material before production, including a wash test

Heat transfers must be applied with a heat press.  The use of household hand irons will not give satisfactory results.

K E Motographics' liability to customers is limited to refund for heat transfers purchased from us.  We are not liable for goods damaged by heat pressing. 

Customers must obtain a Return Authoriztion Number before returning heat transfers.  Heat transfers must be returned with 30 days of receipt.
