Screenprinted Heat Transfers

What Are They?

Screenprinted heat transfers are plastisol ink printed onto paper in reverse-image and partially cured.   Curing of the image is completed when the transfer is heat-pressed onto a shirt.   The look of a screenprinted transfer image is very similar to a direct screenprint, and they can be used on dark shirts.

The benefit of screenprinted transfers to companies, teams and shirt shops is obvious - high quality shirt artwork available as needed.  The requirement of stocking a large, expensive inventory of pre-printed shirts in a variety of sizes disappears, replaced by being able to print only the shirt sizes needed, when needed.

K E Motographics prints hot-split screenprinted transfers, which work well on 100% cotton or 50/50 t-shirts or similar fabric with a smooth surface, as well as fleece (sweatshirts) and caps.
